Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Large bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track the shipment status directly with the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Dangerous Goods Regulations
Some of our liquid fertilizer products are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes. We comply with all IATA and maritime shipping regulations. Please note that this may restrict shipping to certain regions or require specialized handling fees.
Returns & Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Terms of Service.
